I absolutely love this service because it is so practical. If used to recycle an old item like a cooker or washing machine or fridge when buying a new one, the old one is collected as the AO team deliver your new one. It saves you having to store it somewhere or outside whilst waiting for the councils bulky waste services to collect it.
