The collection of my old freezer was done in a timely & very friendly manner. If I'm ever getting rid of any white goods in the future, I will be using AO again. Highly recommended.

I have tried 4 times to have an item collected and each time I am told that there is no space on the van to take my product although the company is aware of what the product is, such terrible service I have been waiting since before Christmas for my item to be collected. Awful I now have no faith in the company when they say they are coming for a collection. DO NOT USE! I would give a zero review if it was possible

Issues x3 with collection- arrived and stated they couldn’t fit the fridge in their van, then arranged another collection, and on this collection then they said the cant uninstall the device, we had to then pay for an electrician to come out and then arrange yet another collection when we paid for disconnection on our order, to be told this isn’t included? But no explanation on the website for this, all within the same week we moved house, it made it a stressful experience on top of a very stressful time, I can’t fault the staff very helpful/ nice ect - but the system and what we ordered 100% was not what we got or wanted to go through.

Outstanding. Delivery people removed our American fridge freezer which weighed a ton and left it outside for the collection team who were prompt and courteous. Very impressed with the service.
