I ordered a recycling service where it clearly said that they would come into the house and take my appliance. When they got here, they refused to come into the house due to COVID. IT CLEARLY SAYS IN THE TERMS THAT THEY WILL COME IN AND TAKE THE APPLIANCE FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE! I have dismantled an American fridge freezer and it has inconvenienced me a lot! Very annoyed.

This order was only for disposal, and I was told that the logistics team would ensure it was done at the same time as the delivery, which was a separate order. But they were done at separate times. I have given a higher rating because I like the online ordering system, which provided slots at short notice.

We paid for ao to come and fetch our old washer after purchasing a new one we stayed in on the specified sunday and 3 weeks later, we're still waiting They sent a message telling us our washer had been delivered and even showed us a picture of some men doing it!!!! Think they must have got us mixed up but I emailed to inform them and got absolutely no response. I've tried phoning and just keep getting put in a queue that I dont have time to wait in as we're experiencing one of busiest times of our lives. Shame on you ao! We wont be using your service again. ??????????????
