Disappointed- came for morning collection of fridge freezer but van was full so taken out of house and left in street for 2 days

Disappointed that there was no room on the lorry to take away the old freezer on the same day the new one was delivered. It had to stand on the drive for 3 days before collection. Delivery drive told me it would be the next day!

The driver was so rude and didn’t take away by old product nor even unpack the new one from the cardboard. I had paid for installation and removal. Never shop with AO.

Not very happy at all really I’ve got in contact after the people had taken the fridge freezer away because they had smashed my light socket off the wall and removed my back door and put it on incorrectly and cracked all the wood on the door been in touch with them since not had any contact back at all absolutely disgusted

Terrible? Received ntime slot of between 7.30 - 11.30am.. driver called at 10.30am tomsay would be there within 30 mins. No sign of driver so tried to contact him and number didn't work. Kept checking App which was updating on a regular basis as showing "you're next" then switching to 1 more before you. Called customer services twice (once at 2pm and then again at 4pm) to try and see what was going on. Was told on second call that they'd chase honand get back to me ASAP (still not had any contact). Drivers turned up at 5.50pm. were quick and efficient but no mention of reason for delay or apologies. Wasted a day waiting. Wouldn't have minded at all if they had given me late pick up time BUT not knowing when they'll ai've after being told 30mims then waiting in for another 6+ hours with no contact. Terrible!

Very disappointed with the service. New machine delivered, paid £20 to have the old machine taken away. Delivery team said he couldn't take it because of the way his van was loaded. Had to come back to pick the old machine up 3 days later. Phoned customer service and the girl was brilliant, had money refunded. I'm more cross with the delivery team than ao.com

Had to re organise collection of old appliances as drivers said they would be back to collect it and never did when delivering my new appliance. Shocking. Lied to my face.

Normally an excellent service, this time was a let down and i don't have a new collection time or day. Would suggest contacting people when you can't make it and re schedule, not leave them hanging
