The communication with you lot is rediculous.My husband and I were given the runaround because of your negligence.will never deal with you again.

Didn’t collect on the day, had to chase up 3 times before the appliance was removed.

They did not show up but took money was promised a phone call to confirm a refund but no contact made very bad service

We paid for ao to come and fetch our old washer after purchasing a new one we stayed in on the specified sunday and 3 weeks later, we're still waiting They sent a message telling us our washer had been delivered and even showed us a picture of some men doing it!!!! Think they must have got us mixed up but I emailed to inform them and got absolutely no response. I've tried phoning and just keep getting put in a queue that I dont have time to wait in as we're experiencing one of busiest times of our lives. Shame on you ao! We wont be using your service again. ??????????????

Delivery guys were great but totally let down by route planners who resulted in my old appliance not being able to be collected as the van was 'full' despite it being the 3rd or 4th drop. Ended up needing to have the collection organised for another date with the first date offered 4 days later. Got the feeling from the crew and call handler who rang to sort out as being a regular issue.

Was called in the morning by the driver to tell me he had a full van and no room to collect my tumble dryer, and then said after his few first deliveries he wasn't going to be in the area. I didn't know what he expected me to do (as this wasn't a problem I could help with), so he called his driver-line. Someone from AO.com then said that there was nothing they could do, and that they would need to book it in for a pickup in the next available date with no offer of compensation or offer to provide a more accurate time, just another all day slot.

They did take away the old items. However, it was late on a Friday PM (having requested the morning) and the driver really didn't want to be doing it and it showed in his attitude through out. Certainly not the usual polite, courteous and helpful service I have had previously from AO.

I waited at home all day and no one showed up. The driver had apparently quit on the job. Collection was rescheduled for the following monday. Driver turned up but could not take the appliance as he did not have enough room in his van?? Called up customers service again to reschedule. They booked me in for the following day. This was not suitable so I rescheduled for two days later. Got confirmation over the phone. The following day, guess what! I get a message that the driver was on his way! They completely ignored my request to reschedule for one day later! So I had to change my plans again and wait at home for one more day!!
