It's nice to know that ao will take away electrical items for recycling. The collection was easy and regarding the pick up were kept informed when it will be collected.

Excellent service. I booked collection of a 30-year old under counter fridge and every stage of the process went well. From initial contact by email, to a very affordable price, to booking, to communication from the driver on the Pick-up day. Driver was professional and nice as well. Highly recommend.

I assumed a second hand fridge freezer guy would want my old fridge freezer, so I didn’t pay for the removal and disposal of old appliance when I received delivery of my new fridge freezer. Lo and behold I later discovered that scrap metal collectors will charge to remove this aswell. I didn’t fancy them coming around so I used AO’s reputable collection service. Next Day / weekend collection. They came, collected off the drive and it’s gone within minutes.
