As this is a service rather than a product, I can say that I was kept informed of the arrival time, which was maintained. The old appliance was cheerfully collected and I was happy that it would not be abandoned in a lay-bye or the gas discharged irresponsably.

This was so easy and cheaper than local council collection/disposal/recycle. Thoroughly recommend.
