bit difficult to do the stairs and to reach any high cobwebs. Its very easy to push, suction on thick carpet is very good. As a standard upright cleaner I can't fault, Certainly value for money. Service on delivery was excellent, text messages plus a phone call, no waiting in all day. nice young lady and a smile!

It was a like for like swap and loved the previous one so happy to get the same model. Only difference is, is that the cable is a meter or so shorter than on my old one..........!!

Easy to use. Picks up dirt really well and easy to empty.

Excellent little hoover that picks everything up with ease. Can change from deep pile carpet to low. Nice long cable so can do one whole room or flight of stairs without having to unplug it and move the plug to another socket. Lightweight in comparison to some. Would highly recommend
