Actually does its job. Bringing carpets back to new condition. Great suction after trying so many stick vacs. Not too heavy. Very pleased with its performance.

It was a like for like swap and loved the previous one so happy to get the same model. Only difference is, is that the cable is a meter or so shorter than on my old one..........!!

Good delivery quick and as specified. Vaccum cleaner is good so far. Only used once but did a good job on hard floor and rugs. Have read varying reviews about the lifespan of this hoover so only time will tell how efficient it is.
