I bought couple Miele machines before - and it was another story. This one - worst machine I've ever had. Broke 1st time after 9 months, 10 day waiting Miele service, broke second time after 7 months - another 10 days of waiting Miele engenner, broke 3rd time just one after 5 days. Waited engeeered for 10 days, the day before visit Miele informed that I need to wait another 10 days .....rrrrr

Had a Miele for 12 years fantastic this one is just the same washes beautifully would never have any other brand!!!

Certainly the best washing machine I have ever had. It oozes quality and when in operation is extremely quiet and very stable. Easy to use.

Much quieter and more efficient than my previous one, loads of functions but I've only used the eco wash so far. Too early to tell about reliability but its a Miele so I expect it'll do ten years as my previous one did!
