Great product, almost silent in operation. WIFI a bit of a gimmick but cannot fault the machine for quality.

Very powerful and intelligent machine. Quiet as well. You can see why Miele’s cost a fair bit more, a good high quality product that will outlast other appliances 3 or 4 times in its life.

Very quiet, good spin

I was about to replace my old broken washing machine with a similar mid price one but a family member recommended the Miele and said it was reliable and super quiet. It was the quiet that convinced me. I could hear the old one all round the house. With this one most of the time I wouldn't know it was working and certainly not if I'm not in same room. After using it for 10 days I definitely feel it was worth it. The machine feels well made. It's easy to use with good instruction booklet and it takes bigger loads than my previous machine. The quality of the wash is very good. I haven't tried the remote programming yet as I tend to just switch it on as I fill it but I have used the time delay to start a wash just before I get up so I can get things out on the line early and that worked perfectly.

Great machine, easy to navigate settings and soooo quiet compared to my old one. 9kg size can wash much more per wash than i thought possible. The service from ao delivery drivers was excellent. Arrived in two days. Highly recommend company and product
