As expected for a Miele washing machine the product is well made and washes well. Could be a little quieter but acceptable. Programme setting a little tedious if you use the short time wash. Wifi easy to set up and works well. Door does protrude out a little

Great product, a bit deeper then my last machine so had to adjust the drain at the back. The wi fi is a great useful addition. Very good product.

Brilliant machine, brought to replace 17 year old previous Miele model, which although was working, had lost some functions and was a smaller capacity. The instructions are not as clear as you might expect and some aspects, such as app connectivity were really confusing. You need to take some time to get used to the different functions as there is much more flexibility in the functions than it first seems. Can't really see the point of the Cap Dosing function unless you want to sped lots on the Miele products. Its very quiet, even on high spin speeds. I hope that it will last at least as long as its predecessor. I'm still not entirely sure about the guarantee as the leaflet says 2 years, but its clearly advertised as 10. I need to check that.

Had washer a couple of weeks now and very impressed so far. Very quiet operation compared to old Beko it replaced. This also weighs about twice what that machine did too, and so feels very sturdy and well made, as seems akin to German made products. Price was at the top of what we personally wanted to spend, but the 10 year warranty speaks volumes, so hopefully we've paid for long term reliability.

So far I'm happy with the washing machine. It seems to clean well and quietly. There is a good range of programs to select between. It was a little tricky to connect to wifi but reliable once connected. Biggest reason for buying was the 10 year guarantee and Miele's reputation for lasting a long time so time will tell if it was a good buy!

Found it a bit difficult to set up, as an older person, however machine is efficient and excellent at cleaning and spinning. Glad I decided on this washing machine.

Got the Miele washing machine to replace previous one that died after 14 years. Only time it broke down, it also came with a 10 year warranty. This one has bigger drum 9kg. Also send me a message to my phone when it is done. Good washing machine.

It does the job very well and looks the part as a quality product. You would like it to stop automatically at the end of cycle, but unless you go and stop it manually it would beeb forever. The other thing is (although too much to ask) it does not have the option to customise the sound when the washing has finished. No many settings for an expensive machine.
