Does what it should. Mobile app is a little clunky but allows a better view of the options available for each given wash cycle. 10 year warranty, what’s not to like?

First time Miele user, everything about the machine looks and feels solid and it's much much quieter than the LG direct-drive 12kg it replaced. Time will tell though...last one lasted 5 years, so hoping this will be double that at least as it has a 10 yr parts and labour warranty included

This product seems really good, quiet and washes really well. It is quite deep and the front pokes out quite a long way from our worktop so be aware of this when buying. We had some issues with the Miele website when registering for the 10 year extended warranty (which was one of the reasons we purchased this item above others) and ended up having to do so via customer services / email.

Our last Miele washing machine gave up the ghost at 17 years old. The decision to buy new rather than repair was based on the efficiency of newer models. This certainly takes a bigger load and is incredibly quiet. Just make sure the delivery guys leave the “transit bars”, you might need them in the future and there are clips on the rear of the machine to store them.

A great buy. Bigger loads mean that we use it less often and save energy.

Decided on this machine to replace my hoover washing machine after 7 years of heavy use. Only had it for a short amount of time but love it so far. My utility room is under my husband’s home office and he can barely hear this machine unlike our old one.

This replaced our last century Miele therefore we had some catching up to do. The app is idiosyncratic so takes some concentration to scroll through all it offers. However, it is worth mastering as it now washes on cheap off peak electricity and for as short a time as we need. Our clothes, linen and muddy gaiters are now beautifully clean when we need them.

It’s energy efficient, quiet and has lots of useful washing options, Miele make a quality product, no doubt will last for years.
