I didn't know bad it was living with a noisy washing machine until we got this installed. It's transformed our kitchen and living space because even on a spin cycle, you could talk on the phone right next to this thing. It washes beautifully, it's very easy to operate and I love it quite a lot.

This machine is amazing. This replaced a Miele that was 16 years old and we cannot believe how much things have progressed. The 8kg drum is massive, the machine adjust cycle times depending on what it detects (often trimming over an hour off) and the 1400 spin speed leaves clothes nearly dry so we’re superb to deal with and the delivery was smooth and careful

I am loving this washing machine. My old Bosch died and we decided to go for the best brand. The first load of washing? I wondered if I forgot to turn it on- the load was so dry in comparison to my old machine! And clothes are so much cleaner. Not to mention how quiet it is! We are a family of 5 and it was a brilliant move from previous 7kg to 9kg load. The only negative is that if I really load it to a full capacity, the clothes come out very wrinkled- due to sheer G force from heaviness and speed, I think that decreasing the spin slightly might help. It's not something that bothers me though. Once I caught up with my overdue laundry the loads are not that full and it doesn't happen anymore. Overall, so far very happy with my choice. I am hoping it will last a long time.

Very good, does what is says

This is a high quality machine, so quiet, versatile and I’m sure will function for years without a problem.

I’m impressed by the gentleness of this dryer. The clothes are not crispy as they were in my past dryer. However, my clothes are coming out damp at the waistbands, or cuffs or corners of the pillowcases and duvets. I’m having to hang them first before I dry them. Not time saving at all, and sadly maybe it’s efficiency isn’t that it dries and therefore uses less energy.

So incredibly quiet, even on high spin. Excellent range of programmes/combinations. Haven't tried everything yet, but used every day for a week and very satisfied with the washing machine. The only slight irritation is the bleeping at the end of the programme - it could do with some volume control:)

I have had this washing machine for nearly two months. It looks great but isn't washing well. Washing is not coming out clean. I am using the same powder and conditioner that I have used successfully for years and tried another brand. Jeans with a greasy mark came out with that mark still on. It isn't cleaning dirt off the children's clothes from playing outdoors. The washing does not smell nice when it comes out. I'm having to wash clothes at a hotter temperature (no eco friendly 30 degree washes for this machine) and use a pre-wash or wash the same load twice just to get the clothes somewhat clean. The wash cycles are very long - over two hours each. Miele have sent engineers today but they say that the machine is working perfectly well and to photograph the washing with marks on. The star is for drum size and just how quiet it is. I am noticing fewer washes with this massive drum (though careful not to overload) and as the machine is in the kitchen I appreciate just how quiet it is. No good though if the clothes aren't clean. I expected a lot better from this brand.
