Really good product so quiet when in use unlike some washers. Great range of programmes would definitely recommend

Early days but so far so good. Very quiet appliance indeed, large drum, seems to wash well. Strangely the door hinge is on the right which keeps throwing me, but I expect I will get used to it. Only reason I am not giving this five stars is the annoying beeping when the cycle is finished - it keeps going and going.

Can’t fault this machine so far… really quiet, washes fantastically… haven’t quite got round to synching with the WiFi yet…

We purchased this after spending a lot of time reviewing machines. It was important to us that the washing machine was as eco friendly and every saving as possible. On the first inspection of the machine with the manual we were both of the option, ''oh gosh, this isn't a washing machine it's a games console''. It's very state of the art. It was very easy to set up this machine, as it did it for us. It worked out the hardness of our water and advised us it could come on during the night if we wanted it to when our energy tariff is at it's cheapest. We have used a couple of the settings now and the clothes come out very clean. We haven't used the free Miele capsules yet, so I cannot comment on their performance. I didn't pay much attention to the weight of the machine - it's 98kg! Definitely consider having it connected by AO as my partner and I would have struggled to do it. Overall, this is a very good machine which is easy to navigate around and washing exceptionally well. My only criticism is that for the price, I would expect the machine to have at least 5 years warrant not 2. I do hope it lasts.

Great product. I now have 3 Miele products - washer, dryer and dishwasher and am very happy with each one.
