The app is surprisingly useful, and really loving the TwinDos system - you get a six month free supply with this model (at least I did when we purchased it), and it is so more straightforward. I love the fact it only uses the amount it needs to, rather than the one-size-fits-all tablet approach.

Simple and easy to use and v quiet

It’s a great washer when it works. However known issue with Twin Dos machines. After 3 years I have a F49 fault that to fix would cost over £800. Miele Engineer tried to disconnect the twin dos board to avoid the error however it hasn’t worked. 3 year old machine now beyond economic repair. Miele should be ashamed of themselves that such an expensive machine cannot be economically repaired when it is only 3 years old. Avoid !

Does what it says on the tin, by the weight of it and reputation I should hopefully be able to leave a review in 10+yrs time, boys who delivered were spot on ????

Great bit of kit. Easy to use and install. Very clean instructions. Laundry has never smelt so good

Absolutely fabulous. Build quality is so good, no more flimsy door and drawer. Really had to reduce the amount of detergent to not have the drum full of suds each wash. But now I've got it perfect, I look forwards to years of happy washing!
