Does everything I expected it to do. Fabulous love it

Extremely easy to install and set up, a child could do it. Perfect washing since the first wash. Highly recommended

Very quiet machine and doing all its meant to so far. Only used 4 times.

The Miele washing machine is a high end product that is worth the additional spend. It has every programme you will ever need as well as the auto dosing of washing liquid that cleans very well.its also very quiet even on the spin cycles The only issue I have had is registering the product on line as not recognising the serial number.

Booked for morning delivery and was at the property just after 7.30 so left the day free to carry on daily duties. Great product just like the photos fantastic machine.

After much deliberation I took the plunge and ordered this machine. I was impressed with the programme options and wanted something that should last. It arrived the next day, the delivery people were very careful and I had the machine working in no time. Once I’d read the instructions I found it very easy to use although completely different from my previous and (very) old machine. It came with two full bottle of washing liquid and vouchers for an additional 6 months supply but you can also use your choice of liquid and powder. I preferred this model without any chrome and this particular machine is more expensive directly from Miele so AO was the best option for value. The machine is much heavier than I anticipated, you definitely need two people to move it. All in all, very happy.

Used this for about a week now, it was time-consuming to first set up and get our heads around all the settings. The machine has worked great so far, used about half of the settings, tried it with the Twindos and own powder and both seem to work fine. It is amazingly quiet compared to our previous machine! Downside is that it only has one quick setting and that’s a max 4kg load. But apart from that the phone set up is great too. I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a voucher for Miele for more detergent. Overall I think that this will stand the test of time.
