Looks good and cleans clothes well Logical programs with extra options including 20 min refresh and a great 40 min power wash Very quiet whilst wash on Miele is high end brand and this machine delivers and is worth the price

Used this for about a week now, it was time-consuming to first set up and get our heads around all the settings. The machine has worked great so far, used about half of the settings, tried it with the Twindos and own powder and both seem to work fine. It is amazingly quiet compared to our previous machine! Downside is that it only has one quick setting and that’s a max 4kg load. But apart from that the phone set up is great too. I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a voucher for Miele for more detergent. Overall I think that this will stand the test of time.

had this less than a year, washing performance great, software updates a nightmare. Latest update stalled programme on Drain, motor grinding, turned machine off after an hour. Logged fault with Miele, two days before I can expect a reply. Soaking washing rotting in the meantime. Have had two Miele machines over the last 40 years because they're the best. Not now.

Buying this washing machine is possibly one of my best purchases ever. It is so quiet and the washing feels so clean. I didn't know what to expect with the twindos system as my previous miele washing machine did not have this but after 19 years miele machines have moved on. The twindos system allows you to preset the amount of detergent used and prevent using too much in the machine which can be damaging and because you are not putting detergent into the drawer it stays nice and clean. You can buy detergent from miele and my machine did come with some and a voucher for more free detergent however you can buy empty twindos bottles from miele allowing you to use any detergent that you like. The 10 year guarantee gives piece of mind, although my previous miele washing machine needed no repairs until it was over 15 years old. I know that the purchase price is high but to me when I calculate the yearly cost between this and cheaper machines, the miele works out slightly cheaper per year and I know that for the life of the machine I will have peace of mind and fabulously clean laundry

This miele replaces our old 15 year old one that's been on at least twice a day, every day and never broke down. We changed as our existing was stating to loose performance. You will definatley need to read the instruction booklet as technology has certainly moved forward but after a couple of days it's really easy to use. The twin dos is a sinch to use and excellent, you get 2 bottles included and a voucher for 6 months of detergent. If you want to use your own - you can and it's easy. Using the programmes you can adjust the soiling of the garments and reduce water consumption (significantly) on single or small groups of cloths. The full 1600 spin cycle is very quiet, so quiet you question that its actually going at full spin. Clothes come out almost dry and cleaner than they have before. Jeans with stubborn stains that would normally be pre-washed in the stain treatment advertised on TV now just go in the machine with the rest of the load and come out perfect. The Miele washing machine is a high end product that is worth the additional spend. It has every programme you will ever need as well as the auto dosing of washing liquid that cleans very well.its also very quiet even on the spin cycles The only issue I have had is registering the product on line as not recognising the serial number.

I had a Miele previously and it gave me many years of loyal and hard work! This new Miele is literally a game changer!!! I went for the larger capacity which suits our needs. The machine works out how much detergent to use via the twin dos capsules. Worth noting you can buy blank cartridges and load your own liquid and equally you can turn off twin dos and use a capsule. It’s much easier to use that I expected and I literally can’t say enough good things about it.

Great value last machine lasted 25 years So I would have never chosen a different brand
