After having are last washing machine for twenty years and the last time the engineer came to look at it he said that it had done the equivalent of thirty five years work it was a no brainier to go for Miele again are only trouble was which one to go for?? The wife sorted that out though she said I want one that does a 1600 spin speed and a 9 kg load so after looking through the selection we decided on the washer above and we are absolutely delighted with it not only does it come with a ten year parts and Labour warranty it also had a voucher for six months free detergent and when we registered it You get ten pounds off the next six months detergent The machine itself is absolutely lovely all the programs you could possibly want short washes long deep wash all come out spotless clean (the wife has tried them all trying to find faults but she admits it perfect ) so I can’t say much more than that enjoy Stay safe Nick

Makes washing so much easier with the TwinDos system that applies the corrcet amount of washing solution for you. The bottles you get with the machine have lasted well so far and our whites are whiter than ever. very quiet, easy to use and really good performance. Worth every penny

After 20 years faithful service without any attention we decided to try another Miele - coming complete with a 10 year warranty. Energy efficiency is important to us and this machine is A+++ rated. Due to COVID19 we had to install the machine ourselves but this turned out to be easy once we got it off the pallet! (The machine was VERY heavy so we resorted to tipping the machine and breaking the pallet.)Commissioning and Installation instructions were very clear. The Twin Dos system makes washing so easy - no guessing and no forgetting to put powder or softener in! The drum is huge almost twice the size of our old one so the Power wash programme will be very useful - Useful tip to weigh your washing to see what 4kg of washing looks like !1600 spin speed leaves clothes pretty dry, ready for a shorter tumble. Controls are clear, whilst they dim 10 mins after the wash begins which was irritating at first, they are quickly brought back to show time left by pressing the control panel. Early days yet but looking good!

Easy to use, almost silent, AAA+ efficient and a 10 year warranty and 6 months supply of Twindos detergents. Expensive but worth every penny.

It’s a great machine. Fits a big wash. We are a family of five. We live in an open plan home and it’s incredibly quite to the point I have to check it’s still on. The clothes and bedding have come out clean. It’s great having the inbuilt detergent as it measures out how much is needed.

Washing machine failed to drain after 3 weeks of use, really did no expect this to happen so early!

Excellent machine with connectivity via the internet once you have the app. The online instructions do not reflect accurately the instructions in the ‘hard copy’ and appear to offer a multitude of options
