Great customer service from start to finish. Excellent product, didn’t want the electronic display of the next model up. Wondered how I’d get along with the twindos detergent system, but I needn’t have worried. It’s terrific. Comes with two big capsules/tanks to get you well on your way with washing, and a voucher for an immediate 6 month supply..which I ordered, and arrived 2 days later. Machine has a really large drum. Big front window panel to see everything and how thoroughly it’s being washed, and a great selection of programs. Read the instructions through once and glad I took the time to as I now select the program definitely best for the load into washing. I’ve had little washed in stains of curry and tiny blood spots on sheets, from where my youngest had itched her eczema..all washed in stains, lifted after a 3 hour cycle with the Twindos system. Delighted!! Also easy to use your own washing liquid/powder/pods and override the Twindos system once detergent runs out, if you’d rather not replace it. Worth every penny this machine. Very quiet even on top 1600 spin. Delivery fellas great. Removed old machine and took it away, installed new one. Worth the additional fee. My last Miele machine has lasted 18 years, two minor repairs in the last 2 years, and I’m hoping this will last too. The Rolls Royce of machines.

Great value last machine lasted 25 years So I would have never chosen a different brand

Buying this washing machine is possibly one of my best purchases ever. It is so quiet and the washing feels so clean. I didn't know what to expect with the twindos system as my previous miele washing machine did not have this but after 19 years miele machines have moved on. The twindos system allows you to preset the amount of detergent used and prevent using too much in the machine which can be damaging and because you are not putting detergent into the drawer it stays nice and clean. You can buy detergent from miele and my machine did come with some and a voucher for more free detergent however you can buy empty twindos bottles from miele allowing you to use any detergent that you like. The 10 year guarantee gives piece of mind, although my previous miele washing machine needed no repairs until it was over 15 years old. I know that the purchase price is high but to me when I calculate the yearly cost between this and cheaper machines, the miele works out slightly cheaper per year and I know that for the life of the machine I will have peace of mind and fabulously clean laundry

Pleased with this product. Very quiet operation and super easy to use. Twindos is very handy to stop overuse of detergent. Using the app over WiFi is also useful but Functionality is basic, could be improved

Hard to get too excited about a washing machine... unless you’re a mum with a busy household and an Airbnb to launder ... this machine has just blown my mind. It’s so quiet, so efficient, leaves laundry smelling amazing... and it’s just... incredible. Buy it!!

It has a very solid construction, it's quiet, and has a huge range of programs. Its functions are more complicated than the old model we had, but that one was 16yrs old. I had to read the manual before starting to use it. TheTwin Dos detergent feature is a good idea, but the replacement cartridges are pricey, having said that, i haven't worked out the cost per wash versus the usual laundry detergent. I didn't see from the picture, but there is a 'perspex' cover in front of the glass door, which is a great idea to prevent little fingers getting burnt on hotter wash cycles. I hope this machine lasts as long as my old one.

I've never owned a Miele washing machine before but had been recommended to buy them by my neighbour who is an appliance repair man. I opted for the 1600 spin based on the fact that Miele are currently offering a 10 year warranty on these machines. I wanted a product that is built to last. It is far more complex than any other machine I've precision owned so its going to take some time to fully get to grips with all the features but it was easy enough to jump straight in with the main wash programmes. I haven't set up the twin dos system yet but plan to do so as the product was supplied with the machine asking with a voucher for another 6 months supply free of charge which I've ordered. The machine is amazingly quiet compared to previous machines I've owned. It is also significantly heavier as Miele use cast iron counterweights rather than the concrete used by other manufacturers. I've only had it a week but so far, so good!

At last I’ve bought a washing machine that I have confidence in. My last one only lasted about 3 years so I pushed the boat out with a Miele. It does everything and I love the twindos system - no mess! ( I have 3 grown up children living with me) it’s so quiet and I particularly like the power wash which is fast and efficient.
