This miele replaces our old 15 year old one that's been on at least twice a day, every day and never broke down. We changed as our existing was stating to loose performance. You will definatley need to read the instruction booklet as technology has certainly moved forward but after a couple of days it's really easy to use. The twin dos is a sinch to use and excellent, you get 2 bottles included and a voucher for 6 months of detergent. If you want to use your own - you can and it's easy. Using the programmes you can adjust the soiling of the garments and reduce water consumption (significantly) on single or small groups of cloths. The full 1600 spin cycle is very quiet, so quiet you question that its actually going at full spin. Clothes come out almost dry and cleaner than they have before. Jeans with stubborn stains that would normally be pre-washed in the stain treatment advertised on TV now just go in the machine with the rest of the load and come out perfect. Fantastic machine, space for a 9kg load. Simple control panel and App if you want it. Very quiet when running and TwinDos so you don't have to worry about how much detergent to put in. It does weigh 100kg so needs a solid floor.

Really good machine - everything just works as it should. We didn't think we would be all that bothered about some of the new features like TwinDos and connectivity, but having experienced them they are all really useful. Lot quieter than old one as well. 10 year guarantee a real bonus as well

I have had Miele products for years and this product so far is further cementing my confidence in the brand. It’s build quality is second to none and the machine is simple to use yet has an array of wash programmes. I have a family of four who somehow produces more washing that can be imagined so the quick wash on the machine is a god send plus it gets the clothes clean.
