Nice and quiet. Easy to use and simple design. No faults or issues. Love the twin dos system it’s great and makes it even quicker to get through washing. We bought Miele as invested in a Miele tumble dryer 3 years ago and when our old washer packed up seemed like the best option. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend

Wow ... what a machine .. I knew Miele was impressive - but this is marvellous. Having pre owned a Miele washer for 18 years - and only ever had one engineer out ... the switch started sticking.. probably could have been repaired - but decided to treat myself. So glad I purchased this. At first thought it was a little sci-fi - but it all becomes clear ... Well done Miele - and with 6 months of detergent free .. what’s not to love!!!

Lacks the light in the drum (which was particularly useful) and the WCS system that was in my previous Miele, but overall this is a far superior machine. Super quiet, next to no vibration on spin and great wash results. The Twin dose system is fantastic, looks a little expensive but really is a step forward in ease of use and performance. The app is a little hit and miss to set up, caused by poor instructions. Although it works well when you figure it out.

Good machine. All very modern and technical but I guess that’s how things are these days. Twindos system seems to be useful for detergent and the free extras are redeemable by voucher. I have ordered the sensitive ( fragrance free) as the ones that came with the machine have a smell which I don’t particularly like. Washing features are great and fairly easy to get to grips with. Definitely read the manual!! Great washing performance and spin 1600rpm is far superior to Hotpoint. Nice a quiet and looks to be well made. Hope it lasts as it’s a bit pricey if it doesn’t!! Fingers crossed that it lives up to my expectations! 10 years Warranty and I’ve decided to buy the domestic &general insurance as I have spent a lot more than I would usually do haha!
