Nice and quiet. Easy to use and simple design. No faults or issues. Love the twin dos system it’s great and makes it even quicker to get through washing. We bought Miele as invested in a Miele tumble dryer 3 years ago and when our old washer packed up seemed like the best option. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend

Good machine. All very modern and technical but I guess that’s how things are these days. Twindos system seems to be useful for detergent and the free extras are redeemable by voucher. I have ordered the sensitive ( fragrance free) as the ones that came with the machine have a smell which I don’t particularly like. Washing features are great and fairly easy to get to grips with. Definitely read the manual!! Great washing performance and spin 1600rpm is far superior to Hotpoint. Nice a quiet and looks to be well made. Hope it lasts as it’s a bit pricey if it doesn’t!! Fingers crossed that it lives up to my expectations! 10 years Warranty and I’ve decided to buy the domestic &general insurance as I have spent a lot more than I would usually do haha!

Replaced our 17 year old Miele which finally gave up on us with this one. Operation of the machine seems easy and logical. Liking the twin dos system which ensures the right amount of liquid for each load. Also it's very quiet. The only surprise was the length of time of the normal cycle - have used the 'quick' option quite a lot!

I have had Miele products for years and this product so far is further cementing my confidence in the brand. It’s build quality is second to none and the machine is simple to use yet has an array of wash programmes. I have a family of four who somehow produces more washing that can be imagined so the quick wash on the machine is a god send plus it gets the clothes clean. Great product thx Miele and Ao who delivered the washing machine quickly and safely, even when I had an issue with the old machine they were quick to step in and support.

Excellent product delivered and installed by competent staff

Fantastic machine, space for a 9kg load. Simple control panel and App if you want it. Very quiet when running and TwinDos so you don't have to worry about how much detergent to put in. It does weigh 100kg so needs a solid floor.

This is a great washing machine, it is so quiet you hardly know it’s on. Clothes come out clean and almost dry. Very pleased with the machine
