Great washing machine easy to use and auto fill detergent it great just put in your clothes press the button also WiFi controls good worth the cost

At last I’ve bought a washing machine that I have confidence in. My last one only lasted about 3 years so I pushed the boat out with a Miele. It does everything and I love the twindos system - no mess! ( I have 3 grown up children living with me) it’s so quiet and I particularly like the power wash which is fast and efficient.

Pleased with this product. Very quiet operation and super easy to use. Twindos is very handy to stop overuse of detergent. Using the app over WiFi is also useful but Functionality is basic, could be improved

Excellent machine with connectivity via the internet once you have the app. The online instructions do not reflect accurately the instructions in the ‘hard copy’ and appear to offer a multitude of options

Washing machine failed to drain after 3 weeks of use, really did no expect this to happen so early!

This washing machine is brilliant - fresh clean laundry that comes out only slightly damp, so quick to dry also. And very quiet when running. And amazing service from ao, even in the midst of pandemic. Special thank you to Leighanne on the phone. Truly fantastic customer service

Extremely easy to install and set up, a child could do it. Perfect washing since the first wash. Highly recommended

Really amazed with this machine, it’s super quiet on the wash and spin. The TwinDos self dispensing detergent is better than the detergent we were using previously and is measured accurately according to the weight of the laundry that the machine calculates at the start of the wash. The way the machine washes has allowed us to stop using fabric softener too. The Miele App is handy to pause a wash (or start one) if you’re going to be late home and don’t want it sat damp in the machine. It also shows water consulates and electric consumption, proving a 3 hour eco wash is cheaper than a 48 min fast wash. I wish I’d bought a Miele washer first time around you won’t regret it.
