12kg is a huge load - and it washes it all brilliantly. The big load washes are long, most of the specialist programs only take 5kg, but so much easier and more convenient than multiple loads. Quiet, discreet ping to my phone when it’s finished. Couldn’t be happier.

has a variety of washing cycles to choice from. Really good size for family of 6. Like the tune to let you know it's finished and the display is clear. Also, very easy to use. however, the big disappointment for such an expensive modern machine is that is doesn't have delayed timer feature which I really miss.

I bought this to replace my old washing machine which was also a Samsung eco bubble. This looks stylish and washes items really well. To select a washing programme you turn the dial until it reaches the cycle you want. You can then adjust the temperature and amount of rinses if you wish to. Each programme tells you the maximum amount of weight, which I find useful. I am yet to figure out how to store my daily washing preferences. Overall, so far so good
