Warning! I would stay away from Samsung washing machines. We have had a terrible experience. We purchased this washing machine in April last year and it has been OK (quiet, takes large loads etc) but a few days ago it started making the most awful shrieking noise and stopped spinning. The washing machine comes with a 10 year warrantee so we rang Samsung, they could not get an engineer to us for 5 days as they only work with one Samsung approved company in our area (Guildford, Surrey). We waited the 5 days (whilst the family washing piled up) and the engineer who came could not fix it as they did not have the part. Apparently Samsung parts are hard to get hold of and even the Samsung approved engineers could not get a new motor for this 12kg Samsung machine in any reasonable time..... we were told we would have to wait another 10 days for the part and that they could not even give us any confidence that this would resolve the issue. We attempted to try other local engineers to see if they could help but none of them fix Samsung washing machines as they "are a nightmare" and "cannot get the parts". Rather than mess about with this ridiculous Samsung situation we have decided to order a new washing machine from a more standard brand and we will be glad to see the back of the Samsung washing machine! Best of luck if you do decide to buy and you have any issues with your machine!

Aweful sent it back as wasn't great this was are 4 Samsung amd everyone has gone wrong will not be buying off them again and customer service for them are aweful

Functional and working. However, it's only been 4 months and now the power button has already rubbed off, and the play / pause button had almost gone too. AO put me in touch with Samsung and Samsung informed me that either I pay for the repair (which they can't telle the cost over the phone) for the hole front panel, or basically I just live with no buttons at all. Supplying a products that's not up to standard is not covered under the warranty with Samsung. I wouldn't even mind if they offered some stickers or something, just so I could at least know what does what, but no.... Shocking customer service from Samsung, and no care what so ever. I can't fault AO they did all they could to help. It's the last time I buy any Samsung product. Samsung also asked me if I used any chemicals. I informed them we have a 5 month old child so we only use eco products. But again of fell on deaf ears. Under the consumer rights act this product is not to satisfactory quality, but again Samsung ignore your rights. I don't even wish to have a new machine, but offering me nothing, not even just some simple stickers is an utter disappointment.

has a variety of washing cycles to choice from. Really good size for family of 6. Like the tune to let you know it's finished and the display is clear. Also, very easy to use. however, the big disappointment for such an expensive modern machine is that is doesn't have delayed timer feature which I really miss.

When delivered the initial product had a leaking hose so could not be left. Luckily a replacement was delivered the following day (after much negotiation as AO wanted to delay by a week). Now happy with the product.

Overall its a good machine, the washing does come out cleaner than my old machine. The wash cycles however are long, most 2 hours plus, without an option to shorten them. The steam cycle is only at the end of a very long wash which was not what I wanted, I wanted the steam freshen up to be a stand alone cycle, gutted really as I would not have picked this machine if I had known. I have a large family and that steam cycle really does reduce ironing time.

I bought this to replace my old washing machine which was also a Samsung eco bubble. This looks stylish and washes items really well. To select a washing programme you turn the dial until it reaches the cycle you want. You can then adjust the temperature and amount of rinses if you wish to. Each programme tells you the maximum amount of weight, which I find useful. I am yet to figure out how to store my daily washing preferences. Overall, so far so good
