Good points- very quiet, excellent spin and the bubble soak is amazing at getting stains out. Not so good- really long cycles and you can't shorten them in anyway which is not useful for a busy household. Yes it has a 15min cycle but that is only for a very small load. Wouldn't buy again.

Overall its a good machine, the washing does come out cleaner than my old machine. The wash cycles however are long, most 2 hours plus, without an option to shorten them. The steam cycle is only at the end of a very long wash which was not what I wanted, I wanted the steam freshen up to be a stand alone cycle, gutted really as I would not have picked this machine if I had known. I have a large family and that steam cycle really does reduce ironing time.

Love this washing machine. 12kg load for family washing, 6kg load for small load and a quick 15 minute wash for a want to wear tonight. Lots of other options not tried yet.

We've always gone for mid range products in the past but they never seem to last long. So this time decided to spend a bit more. I'm already seeing the benefits. The machine has lots of different functions suitable for all types of loads. I was a bit surprised at how long a synthetic was takes versus cotton's however it does reduce the time according to the load weight so that tends to make it shorter. I like how each wash shows the maximum weight. Little disappointing how you can't choose all the functions from your phone. Although I do like the 'wash recipe' function which recommends a wash for the items you are washing.

Lovely washing machine, easy to use, modern and not too long wash cycles. Perfect for busy households!

I can honestly say this is the best machine I have ever owned! I love it! I have a very busy household 5 children and numerous pets my machine has proved not only to be economical but low carbon footprint which has been one of my concerns when considering a new appliance it’s extremely quite and has been in constant use since it’s arrival. Very simple to use. I love the fact that I get a a little song at the end of the wash ( instead of horrible beeping) Instructions for use is one page fantastic Thank you.

Looks smart, has a huge capacity and a good range of washing programmes. I particularly like that it moves your most frequently used cycles to the front of the list so you don’t have to scroll through everything to get to your favourites.

Previously had a Samsung machine so happy with new one. Only criticism is the instructions are poor, and not everyone can use or access QR codes..so they are extremely limited to what info they can get. As for the info you do get, again not easy to follow easier for me only because I have owned one before.
