I like the washing machine, it’s very quiet, the Quick wash is just that, but I find it a little bit complicated on the settings of the wash cycles, my old L.G was a little bit easier, but apart from that it’s a great washing machine .

I was looking for a washing machine with a large drum capacity to accommodate loads from a large family. I believe I have found it. It’s my first Samsung washing machine so still getting used to it. It has so far done very well with large loads and it’s not noisy either. I rather like the tune it plays when the load is finished. I don’t forget to take the washing out anymore and get more done !! So far so good.

This washing machine is the best I’ve ever had yes it cost a little bit more than the average washing machine but like I say it is worth it king-size quilts washes lovely highly recommended to anyone who wants a big washing machine I’ve told all my friends about it and two of my friends are now thinking of purchasing them Selfs one

Functional and working. However, it's only been 4 months and now the power button has already rubbed off, and the play / pause button had almost gone too. AO put me in touch with Samsung and Samsung informed me that either I pay for the repair (which they can't telle the cost over the phone) for the hole front panel, or basically I just live with no buttons at all. Supplying a products that's not up to standard is not covered under the warranty with Samsung. I wouldn't even mind if they offered some stickers or something, just so I could at least know what does what, but no.... Shocking customer service from Samsung, and no care what so ever. I can't fault AO they did all they could to help. It's the last time I buy any Samsung product. Samsung also asked me if I used any chemicals. I informed them we have a 5 month old child so we only use eco products. But again of fell on deaf ears. Under the consumer rights act this product is not to satisfactory quality, but again Samsung ignore your rights. I don't even wish to have a new machine, but offering me nothing, not even just some simple stickers is an utter disappointment.

This washing machine has been by far the best I have bough.There is no noise of it and my clothes are clean and smell fresher than what they did from my old washing machine

So far the machine has been better than the one we had before.

Great machine, takes a huge amount of laundry and is really quiet whilst in operation, really pleased with this purchase.
