I like the washing machine, it’s very quiet, the Quick wash is just that, but I find it a little bit complicated on the settings of the wash cycles, my old L.G was a little bit easier, but apart from that it’s a great washing machine .

We've always gone for mid range products in the past but they never seem to last long. So this time decided to spend a bit more. I'm already seeing the benefits. The machine has lots of different functions suitable for all types of loads. I was a bit surprised at how long a synthetic was takes versus cotton's however it does reduce the time according to the load weight so that tends to make it shorter. I like how each wash shows the maximum weight. Little disappointing how you can't choose all the functions from your phone. Although I do like the 'wash recipe' function which recommends a wash for the items you are washing.

Excellent service from the delivery men, took the old machine away and plumbed in the new Samsung. Website easy to use and to check out.

Super silent in use and so far really pleased with results. Nice tune when it finishes the wash as well
