Was good for the 1 1/2 months it was working. Think quality of the machine is quite low. Nespresso have an appallingly bad customer service once the machine stops working. Definitely would not buy it again

Bought this 3 days ago, its done 1 clean in 11 attempts and 3 coffees using 32 capsules. Complete rubbish

I was disappointed as I expected this machine to work the existing ‘nespresso compatible’ coffee pods which I already had, and it does not. I am also disappointed to discover that there are no compostable pods available to purchase which are compatible with this machine. It appears nespresso is putting its profits before the planet with this machine, which is disappointing, and from a business perspective I believe short-sighted.

Good product but the pods are not easy to get as only available online

As much as this machine looks great it’s not all that! It’s a task for you get the capsules in and the lid locked. Because there is no way other than to keep looking at the water tank you don’t know if it needs refilling or not. I was disappointed that I couldn’t buy the capsules anywhere other than online and it’s a hassle ordering them and costly too, 50 capsules for £28.90 is pretty steep! It’s good for dinner parties or the odd posh relative who likes ‘proper’ coffee. The coffee tastes good however it’s not that warm and if you don’t position the capsules correctly you have to use a new one. The machine is tall so you can’t really keep it on a counter with a cupboard above it which means I have to pull the machine in and out when I want to use it. It’s makes that ‘proper’ coffee in seconds but as I said before not hot enough. I do like the fact you can recycle the used pods and order recycle bags online for that and they are ‘free’. Would I recommend this, I would have to say no for the price it’s not the best however it’s quirky and contemporary looking and offers house guests a choice.

Easy machine to use and looks great. Only downside is I didn’t do my homework to realise that you have to buy the pods online, not available in supermarkets like other pods are.

Very easy to use, the coffee tastes great. A little noisy, other than that I’d recommend

The machine itself is great, a little bigger than I thought when ordering. Just really wish the pods came with it, as claiming them through Nespresso (the free ones) is such a long process.
