    Everything from purchase, delivery and product was 5*. The Smeg hob was the only one I could find with 5 burners on an enamel base - I really didn’t want gas on glass. I particularly like the double burner wok in the centre. - it means I have the choice to use it as an ordinary burner or a super hot wok burner. The only thing to mildly dislike are the bright chrome taps Would have looked better in black or brushed steel but doesn’t detract from the delight of using it.

    It’s a beautiful thing. Even rack means you can glide your pans easily between burners- of which there are so many to choose from. Burner hob switches are easy to use. It’s brilliant and beautiful.

    Looks great and feels solid. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a gas fitter to run the pipe to it. A real pity AO were so unhelpful when I accidentally filled in the wrong delivery address (opposite my house ) and driver refused to do anything to get it to my address.
