My Blu-ray player won’t eject

If the disc tray on your Blu-ray player won’t eject properly, you don’t have to watch the same film on a loop. With our easy-to-follow guide, we’ll show how to get your Blu-ray working normally again.

Turn it off and on again

Giving your Blu-ray player a quick reset might get your disc tray working again. Make sure your Blu-ray player is turned off and unplug the machine. Leave the device alone for about a minute before plugging it back in. Turn your Blu-ray player back on and press the eject button again to see if it’s solved the issue.
