We’re doing the best we can during these extraordinary times, but the safety of our drivers and customers is our priority.
We’ve made sure that our drivers can comply with social distancing guidelines while completing deliveries by knocking on the customers’ door and waiting at least two metres away. Drivers have been given gloves and facemasks and are encouraged to wear them – if your driver isn’t then please feel free to ask them to wear them. We are also asking customers to wait in another room while we deliver.
You can easily find out who will be delivering your order at the checkout.

Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery to mainland UK:
Along with DPD, we try and deliver to as many homes as possible, but there are a few places we just can’t get to.
Still not sure if you’re in a remote area? Enter your postcode at the checkout and we’ll show you all the delivery options available to you.
We’ll send you a text and an email on the morning of your delivery with an estimated 4-hour timeslot, so you don’t waste time waiting for us to turn up. If you use Track Your Order, you’ll even see the delivery window get smaller and smaller as we get closer and closer.
DPD will send you a text on the morning of your delivery with a 1-hour delivery timeslot so you know exactly when they’ll turn up.
If plans have changed and you won’t be in, don’t worry. The text from DPD will have a link that lets you change your delivery day. Crisis averted.
You can easily track your order and see how close our driver is. If the order’s coming from us, then head over to Track Your Order. If DPD are on the case, you can even change your delivery day – just go to Track Your Order to see if this is an option.
We deliver to most of the UK for free, but there are some places we can’t get to or might charge a little more to deliver to.
We deliver to Northern Ireland, but delivery will cost £20. We can’t give you delivery promotions like next day delivery, and there are some TV and entertainment products that can’t be delivered there.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands or remote parts of Scotland, we might not be able to deliver to you. Enter your postcode at the checkout to see if we can.
For those based in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, we’re sorry, but we can’t deliver to you.
Deliveries to the Isles of Scilly can only go as far as St Mary’s Quay. So, you’ll need to collect your order from the port or arrange onward delivery. This means our additional services like installation, disposal and timeslot deliveries won’t be available to you.
We’ll always give you a free option, but things like next day delivery and certain timeslots will cost a little extra.
We always try and offer a next day delivery option, but it depends on your postcode. Be sure to check at the checkout.
We deliver from 7am-7pm, but on the morning of your delivery we’ll update you with a 4-hour window, so you know when to expect us. Got plans? No worries. We offer 7am-12pm, 10am-2pm, and 12pm-5pm windows for a little extra. DPD will give you a 1-hour window on the morning of your delivery day.
On the morning of your delivery day, we’ll text or email with an estimated 4-hour window and a link to track your order. As the driver gets closer, the window gets smaller, but with other deliveries and traffic, your delivery time might be affected.
We can install in most postcodes 7 days a week, so we can get your 4K TV up and running as soon as it arrives. See when we can deliver to you at the checkout.
If plans change, don’t worry. You can change your delivery date and timeslots for free through ‘My Account’ after you’ve ordered. With DPD, there will be a link in the text you got from them that’ll let you change your delivery day.
We’ll send you a text to let you know what your options are on the day of your delivery.
DPD can’t leave your order in a safe space. You or a trusted neighbour will need to be in to take it from them. If no one’s home, DPD will take away your order and come back once you’ve arranged a new delivery day.
We do, but our drivers will have the final say on whether a delivery is possible. Once you place an order, you’ll be asked how many steps your home has, so we can make sure we’re prepared on the day.
The parts of your order that aren’t in our warehouse will be delivered separately. You’ll be given a choice of delivery days and timeslots for each product when you buy.
