Unfortunately, I will be returning this item. The rollers stopped working during its first use and I cannot get them to restart. I have cleaned out the machine and there is nothing stuck! We don't have pets and no one wears shoes inside. The machine leaves the carpet soaking despite running the dry setting over it countless times. Not impressed by this item.

Great product does exactly what it says. Excellent suction power for getting the water back out of the carpet.

Really great carpet washer! The light clean only puts down a small amount of water. The max setting will really soak the carpets. Good for a deep clean. My only criticism would be how load it is. Not something you want to be doing late in the evening! Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic carpet cleaner. I have tried many including the George and various industrial cleaners but this one has beaten them all. The rollers are very effective in removing loose and embedded hairs and the suction is fantastic. The drying time does vary quite a lot but doing a deep clean takes a minimum of 24 hours to be completely dry.

I have found this carpet cleaner to be much more efficient than a commercial hire type plus the convenience of being able to clean when I want to means that I’m very happy with my purchase.

Had a vax previously but this Bessel is far superior carpet are like new!

Excellent product, easy to use and really makes a good job of both carpets and upholstery. So much better than other other products I have purchased in the past.
