Orderd carpet cleaner , deliverd on time , however when opened box the carpet cleaner had been used still dripping with water , rang up to be told manufacturers test products from Time to time , umm!!

Vast improvement on the old carpet cleaners. I've a clumsy family and 2 cats so there's always something to clean. What I didn't expect was the embedded fluff that came out of the carpet which is only 2 years old. It is amazing. So glad I bought the Bisset.
