Fab item; rather shocked how dirty the rugs were, opps - easy to use, lovely and soft carpets afterwards. Only issue was having to Google "how to use" instructions as these were not included

This cleaner is easy to use and light weight, but don't let this put you off as a inferior cleaner. It's cleaning power and suction is as good as any commercial cleaner you hire. I'm very impressed at the cleanliness of my carpets again.

I have 3 dogs and a busy household. This is my first bissell cleaner but about my 5th carpet cleaner so I'm used to what they do. This cleaner though is much more thorough a d works on uneven surfaces. I have an old house and the lounge floor is uneven. I'd have to weight my old cleaner so it could suck up on the dips but this cleaner is so powerful. It's got some old stains out from pre cleaning fluids that the other didn't lift. Love it !

This machine is very powerful and does a great job. Easy to put together and use once you have studied the poor pictures. I read numerous reviews and watched the video of the lady using the machine and find it strange no one mentioned the excessive noise and high pitched whistling and I mean high pitched whistling. I am used to using noisy power tools in my trade and they all come with decibel warnings in the instructions but strangely this doesn't. I used it for ten minutes without earmuffs and my ears were ringing for the rest of the day. I had to use earmuffs to continue or my ears would have been damaged. Thinking it must be a fault as no one else mentioned it, I contacted Bissell and AO. Bissell were the worst customer service I have ever experienced, difficult to understand and matter not resolved. AO brilliant as always and sent a new machine the next day. However that is also as noisy but I will keep the machine as it really does a good job and easy to use but earmuffs are defiantly needed as its as loud as any power tool I own. Surely it couldn't be another faulty one from the same batch? Just strange no one else mentioned excessive noise! If you want a great machine and don't mind wearing earmuffs that's fine, if you want a quieter machine then this is not the one. Had it not been for the noise I would have given it 5 star.

Bissell seem to have thought and included all things that you would need to get the best results from this carpet cleaner. I would definitely recommend that you watch a few on line "How to" videos as the instructions are not the best. I couldn't wait to use it and was not disappointed with the results.

Could not ask for more for the price. Works better than the rug doctor. Enough said

Good easy cleaner but would have been helpful if the instructions could have been explained in print together with the diagrams.

I can't praise this carpet cleaner enough for its cleaning power. I've used cleaners before and they've been so-so but this has blown me away. I read a lot of reviews before buying the Bissell and I was going it lived up to them. I've just cleaned a really minging grey rug that had started to turn brown from my hounds muddy paws and it looks like new again. If you're umming and ahhing about which cleaner to buy or whether they're worth it, then this is the one for you. Outstanding stuff :-)
