I bought this product as my old V*x had broken. So far so good, easy to assemble & use. I like the option of having 3 different levels of cleaning depending on how dirty your carpets are. The cleaner comes with a couple of bottles of cleaner to add to the machine which was an added bonus. The head of the cleaner easily comes apart to clean when you have finished and also included is a handy tool to get the lodged dirt out. I can’t comment on the hand tools as I’m yet to use them

It was better than expected. My light beige carpets were left spotless after cleaning up from a wet winter of muddy dog paws all over them. Costly machine but based on performance well worth the money. I used the cleaning solutions which came with the machine and these had a lovely fresh odour. I would recommend this machine for pet owners who want a good deep carpet clean.

I have used this machine once and my goodness what a result. Used the deep clean and took a number of hours to dry. Wouldn’t change it for another. My previous Bissell wore out. On the heavy side but lighter than the old one but easier to use and clean. Delighted with it.

Absolutely amazing machine, my carpets looks like new. When I have seen how dirty they was got really scared, now was thinking with what I was breathing. Will recommended with pure heart to anyone. Don't spend on professional cleaners get your own machine, it's very easy do use!!!!

Excelent product, very easy to ue & at a very reasonable price. The only donw said is that the name is a bit misleading - it doesn't have heaed clening as such, you have to add hot water to it.

Easy to set up excellent cleaner leaves the carpet almost dry and actually picks up all pet hair also easy to clean after use would recommend to anyone x

Our first ever Carper Cleaner so technically have nothing to compare this too... however, we're totally blown away with the cleaning power of this machine (using Bissells products). We've used it on our fabric furniture, rugs and carpets using each of the settings (quick use was super & didn't saturate). Our only slight niggle (and its a tiny niggle), is that it's quite noisy - but who cares.. its great at its job!

We brought this cleaner as we have a messy German Shepard dog. The autumn and winter is always a nightmare, with the dog bringing in dirt from walks. The Bissell carpet cleaner made such a great job of cleaning the cream carpets in our house. I was surprised that you could see the difference straight away. I would recommend this cleaner if you are a dog owner.
