I have used this machine once and my goodness what a result. Used the deep clean and took a number of hours to dry. Wouldn’t change it for another. My previous Bissell wore out. On the heavy side but lighter than the old one but easier to use and clean. Delighted with it.

Very effective at getting up tough stains with appropriate pretreatment. 3 settings from quick wash through standard and heavy duty. Quick and easy to dismantle for clearing of fibres from brush roller and suctuon path and comes with a flexible.tool to help. Decent length hose and good attachments with a multi-tool for stairs with three different nozzle and suction shapes in one tool alone. Came recommended by a friend and scores well on online tests being good value in it's price range and compares equsl to or better than, against heavy-duty rental machines. A little loud but certainly quieter than rental machines.

Used once so far so good. Dirty water container seems to need emptying a bit more often than my last cleaner, but all in all I’m impressed.

Excelent product, very easy to ue & at a very reasonable price. The only donw said is that the name is a bit misleading - it doesn't have heaed clening as such, you have to add hot water to it.

I haven’t had this long so cannot comment on reliability but early results are good. I will try to do a fuller review a few months in.

This is a really good product and really cleaned the carpets well, easy to assemble and easy to use. My only problem is dog hair is now caught in the front part where the vacuum sucks up the dirt and I can’t prise it apart to get it out! Hence knocked off 1 star.

Loving how this cleans the carpets. The instructions come in the form of pictures. The reason I have rated it 4 instead of 5 is because I would have liked some written instructions too. Also although the tools have a bag to keep them in I feel that if they could have been integrated into the machine it would have been better. Having said that it certainly does the job.
