Really easy to set up and use. Has deep cleaned my carpets after having a puppy and I was so embarrassed at the colour of the water! They were filthy! But no more they now look great Carpet shampoo is pricy but does the job so so well I have ordered more! Excellent customer service from ao too!

I bought this product as my old V*x had broken. So far so good, easy to assemble & use. I like the option of having 3 different levels of cleaning depending on how dirty your carpets are. The cleaner comes with a couple of bottles of cleaner to add to the machine which was an added bonus. The head of the cleaner easily comes apart to clean when you have finished and also included is a handy tool to get the lodged dirt out. I can’t comment on the hand tools as I’m yet to use them

Easy to use and does a superb job!

It was better than expected. My light beige carpets were left spotless after cleaning up from a wet winter of muddy dog paws all over them. Costly machine but based on performance well worth the money. I used the cleaning solutions which came with the machine and these had a lovely fresh odour. I would recommend this machine for pet owners who want a good deep carpet clean.
