Very good, cleans well and doesn’t leave carpets over wet.

This is a very good product, purchased after the motor burnt out in my vax (a common problem I have since discovered!). Very pleased with my new cleaner.

It has never worked, I am now stuck in the middle of the manufacturer and AO who both say the other one has to sort it out. Avoid, I wish I had gone to John Lewis and got a Vax, both of which have better reputations for customer care. Frustrating ++

Fantastic. Worth every penny. I had a vax machine before from ao and wasnt very good, i presumed the stains etc were too much for a carpet cleaner. However I decided to buy this one as the reviews were good and too see if the carpets can be revived back to life and they certainly did.
