Easy to assemble and use. Used the attatchments to clean the stair carpet was pleased to see where the dog had walked was clean. Great machine would recommend

Works really well, carpets dry quickly, only downside is it is quite heavy, also be careful how much shampoo you put in the container as even though it is supposed to mix the required amount needed it seems to create a lot of lather and then it fills with foam in your dirty water container so needs emptying more often.

Brilliant. Saved me a fortune by not having to replace my carpets. I was very doubtful that it would be good enough to save my carpets. But it exceeded my expectation by far.

I have only used the cleaner once, on 2 very soiled carpets. The results are very good, the pile has come up really well and there was a smell, now gone. I did a section of hall carpet, which has a fawn colour, and this has come up much cleaner. I had a problem with the machine cutting out, then realised I needed to empty the dirty water more frequently than I thought. When I did this it worked perfectly. Follow advice, putting fluid down on the forward push, carpets don't get too wet, and take water up when pulling back. Will be doing a second run and doing rest of house as soon as possible. Would have loved the handle to telescope down for easier storage.

Works alot better then expected, all of the attachments are great too, user friendly, VERY easy to clean and maintain, even pet fur isnt really a problem, you will likely have to clean out the brushes after your first use though as fur will affect how well it can pull the water back out of the carpet though that's expected! Doesnt clog passed the brush casing on the bottom as well so very easy and straightforward to empty

Replaced my Bissell carpet shampooer with Vax Rapid. The difference in performance is incredible. It is a solid machine which even revived the carpets in my son's flat which I had been trying to persuade him to replace. Very pleased with purchase.

Good cleaner but should of had the large bottle of the cleaning fluid
