This shampooer was easy to assemble with good instructions of how to use. I am in my 60s and thought I would find it too heave but I managed well. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was after cleaning the lounge carpet, we do have a dog though. I was so pleased with the result I cleaned the stair and bedroom carpet the following day. A really good buy at a reasonable price

The vax rapid power carpet cleaner was very easy to put togeather and use. We could not believe the colour off the water that was sucked up. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to connect, worked really well until about an hour in when the accessory water pressure really dropped despite enough water and solution in the machine.

I’m a complete novice when it comes to using a carpet cleaner. The instructions are clear and comprehensive and most users might say idiot proof. Suffice to say this elderly idiot could not find a warning tip
