Bulky and doesn’t seem to use much water, a bit of a disappointment.

Pleased with my new carpet cleaner, although the quick clean mode is not very effective, so switched to deep clean mode and this was a big improvement. It is made from brittle plastic, so need to be careful when putting it together.

When used in the upright mode with the powerful brushes this cleans so well! It dries quickly and the large water tank makes it easier to do a big clean without needing to refil. The longer hose attachment for stairs and other areas is not as great but it still does a good job.

Easy to use but you must allow yourself plenty of time to clean the carpets. Don't assume it's as quick and easy as vacuuming it isn't, you must go over the same area several times to be able to clean and dry the carpet effectively. Having said that the amount of dirt it removed was impressive and I am pleased with the result. The price was good and delivery prompt.

We have only used it the once so far to clean the hallway carpet. The machine is quite heavy once fully loaded with cleaning liquid and water. From the condition of the waste water I would definitely say that it worked. You could certainly smell the cleanness. As long as you take your time and go over the area slowly both with the cleaning solution and to clear the liquid, it leaves the are slightly damp which drys with an hour or two using the deep clean function. However we have very short haired carpets so may take longer depending on your carpet.

Seems to do a half decent job, the waste water is certainly dirty ??

As others have said it is heavy, but only when filled with water, 4.5L at the top of the handle does make it a bit heavy, but not too bad. As regards cleaning it works very well and does a really good job of refreshing carpets given the price. It loses one star for being quite noisy and being top heavy.

Great product. A bit bigger than anticipated so harder to store but very good for the price!
