Cleans really well, bought it replace an old vax carpet cleaner

Does exactly what it says. So lightweight, quiet and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend this product.

Light weight, easy to put togehther. Love that its is straight forward with the two separate tanks and emptying and cleaning afterwards is simple in comparison to other cleaners I have had

Easy to use and cleans well! Only downside is it doesn’t suction up all of the water as well as it could but if you leave it to dry it cleans the carpets well so would recommend!

Delivery was great, and package intact. It required a bit of assembly but wasn’t too onerous. This cleaner was to replace a Bissel which finally bit the dust. Comparing to the Bissel, the Vax does not seem as robust, although it is at a very different price point. In terms of cleaning performance, I like the separate tanks for the fluids. Good cleaning is achieved, although the water pick up could be a little better. I haven’t yet found a good way of cleaning behind the rollers which is a bit annoying. Overall a pretty decent carpet cleaner for the price.

Very loud. The accompanying instructions (user manual) do not warn about the tank leakages (especially the clean water tank after filling it with water+cleaning solution and before mounting it back on). An associated user video would help.
