Excellent cleaner, impressed with carpets after. Hose attachment cleans better than upright vacuum mode and seems to use the water quickly but you can see the results.

Bought the machine August 2022. Used barely 5 times in my house. Living room twice, stairs and a small back bedroom. Let’s just say it trips the electrics and the motor has just given up. Vax refused to do anything, after multiple complaints they finally sent me a new machine. New machine is doing the exact same thing and it’s been used once! AVOID THIS MACHINE!

Great product at a reasonable price. ( as you would expect from Vax ) Well built and the pre treatment wand and the upholstery tools are a bonus. It it cleaned our carpets brilliantly. Plenty of suction means that the water/ cleaning solution are removed effectively. .I would certainly recomend this product

Great for cleaning carpets , light and easy to use . Only draw back brushbar cover is very hard to keep clean ,keeps getting blocked even when you have spent a lot of time vacuuming before hand .

Defective out of the box! Valve from clean water tank jammed open and not able to switch off. So far have given the same information to Vax four times but still no resolution!

Bought this to clean living room carpet as we have 2 dogs only lived in this house for 7 months always vaccumed the floor but the carpet started to look a little tired read reviews on vax carpet cleaners decided on the pet friendly one and only just used today I'm blown away by the hair and ground in dirt removed from carpet now look like new what a cleaner
