So far so good, I was worried after reading the reviews about the app not working but *touch wood* it’s worked flawlessly thus far. It doesn’t seem as quite as our old Bosch unit when on spin, but this holds 2kg more clothing so perhaps it’s down to the additional weight capacity? Pleased either way.

The best washing machine I have ever owned. The last washing machine I had lasted me 13 years. So hoping that this one will last longer than 13 years. I have been using the machines for only the last two weeks. The 1400 rpm spin cycle helps my clothes to dry faster. And the wifi feature helps me to control my washing through my phone. The various washing cycles are very handy for different wash loads. The 14 kg load helps me to maximise the load whilst minimising my usage of water, energy and detergent. The pre-wash function helps me with heavily soiled laundry and the All-In-One function is very useful in washing your laundry together without the bother trying to sort out into different and separate washing cycles. The list goes on but as I have only been the washing machine for two weeks I have not been able to utilise it to the full potential

So far so good. Only had for a week so still early days. Loads of programs I'll never use but that's the same with all washers. The capacity is brilliant though. Can get loads in.

Only just bought this washing machine after getting tired of smaller drum machines and the number of weekly washes I was doing! Very easy to set up and use. Amazingly big drum which makes life VERY easy, halving weekly washes needed to clean my menageries clothing. I can see this saving me money annually which we all need at the moment. Would highly recommend to medium/larger families.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Put heavily soiled bedding in machine and it came up like new

Great machine, really easy to use and the large drum allows me to wash duvets in. All the programs are useful. Hopefully get to use the WiFi option when we can get out! Service from ao was perfect, very satisfied customer.

This is amazing 14kg drum. The amount of washing you can get in it , you almost cut your washing time in half. Instructions are easy to follow and when it spins it’s very quiet

Good machine. Lots of different settings for washing cycles and it took a while to work out which cycle was best for the items to be washed. For example my bedding is cotton and says 40° but the cotton wash is set at 60°. Fortunately the temperature can be manually changed. We got there in the end. I particularly like the steam setting to make ironing easier. That works. I can also fit loads of laundry into one wash, which is great! The wifi setting is handy too, although i haven't made full use of it yet. Overall a good machine for the money I paid.
