The load capacity is awesome, it literally washes twice the amount of laundry in one go as my old machine. So far I'm still working my way through all the different programs but there's plenty to choose from including an eco program which uses under half a kwh to deliver a clean load of washing the only downside being it takes 4 hours allthough overnight that's fine. One thing to watch out for is the machine is quite deep it sticks out by around an inch past our counter top so might be best suited to a utility room. The WiFi control is works well useful for setting delayed start and choosing programs allthough all of this is available on the machine too.

Honestly if you are looking to buy a new mashing machine right now and are unsure what to go for then this is the one! The amount of washing I can now do compared to my old 7kg hotpoint is unbelievable! It’s so quiet, can barely hear that it’s on. The app is brilliant, every wash cycle is explained and I just set it from my phone, so easy. Being able to wash colours, whites and darks together is an absolute gane changer. Worth every single penny that I paid!

Good machine. Lots of different settings for washing cycles and it took a while to work out which cycle was best for the items to be washed. For example my bedding is cotton and says 40° but the cotton wash is set at 60°. Fortunately the temperature can be manually changed. We got there in the end. I particularly like the steam setting to make ironing easier. That works. I can also fit loads of laundry into one wash, which is great! The wifi setting is handy too, although i haven't made full use of it yet. Overall a good machine for the money I paid.

Only just bought this washing machine after getting tired of smaller drum machines and the number of weekly washes I was doing! Very easy to set up and use. Amazingly big drum which makes life VERY easy, halving weekly washes needed to clean my menageries clothing. I can see this saving me money annually which we all need at the moment. Would highly recommend to medium/larger families.

So far so good, I was worried after reading the reviews about the app not working but *touch wood* it’s worked flawlessly thus far. It doesn’t seem as quite as our old Bosch unit when on spin, but this holds 2kg more clothing so perhaps it’s down to the additional weight capacity? Pleased either way.

Really like this machine. With 5 kids and two dogs the piles of towels and clothes are endless. This is very roomy so less loads per day. Not too noisy, spins well and being able to pause and add that missed sock is ideal. Thought it wouldn’t beat my old Bosch but with 15 and 49mins programmes it ticks all the boxes. It also fits into a 600mmmm wide average space. A bit deeper than a regular machine but not by much. Definitely recommend.x

14kg can fit nearly a whole washing basket at a time and runs almost silently.
