I bought couple Miele machines before - and it was another story. This one - worst machine I've ever had. Broke 1st time after 9 months, 10 day waiting Miele service, broke second time after 7 months - another 10 days of waiting Miele engenner, broke 3rd time just one after 5 days. Waited engeeered for 10 days, the day before visit Miele informed that I need to wait another 10 days .....rrrrr

Had a Miele for 12 years fantastic this one is just the same washes beautifully would never have any other brand!!!

Certainly the best washing machine I have ever had. It oozes quality and when in operation is extremely quiet and very stable. Easy to use.

I bought this machine and thought I’d be spending the extra to get a good quality product and service from a reputable company. The first machine made small holes in my belongings and when I had engineers out to sort the issue I was made to feel like a liar. Eventually the machine was replaced by the manufacturer but then the second machine just stopped working. Miele offer no compensation if you have damaged items or out of pocket expenses because of their products or services being faulty and I’ve had a huge amount of hoops to jump through to try and get this whole stressful and costly experience sorted. I would never buy a Miele product again because their customer service is atrocious.

Excellent washing machine, quite and easy to use

I have only had this WM for over a week. I love it. Starting with ease of use and setting up, additional programes and optimising pre-set programmes. It allows a large load and I can easily optimise my wash - from light to large fills. The WM then adjusts the load to the programme for most economic wash. There are various gentle settings which put my mind to ease. The drum design is fabric friendly. I never thought that a mobile app and connection would be useful, but it actually is. I can set and start the wash from anywhere in the house. I can also set the start time, add forgotten items or remove sth that slipped in with wrong colour group. It is very economic water and electricity wise. Can hardly hear it. With a name to last, I sure hope to use it for 10-15 years to come. Very happy so far!

Great machine. Clothes come out really clean and fresh.
