Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery to mainland UK.
When you order, we have flexible delivery options to suit you. You can get everything from toasters to coffee machines delivered next day for a little extra. Enter your postcode at the checkout to see if it’s available to you.
We deliver from 7am ‘til 7pm and give you a 4-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery. So, there’s no need to wait in all day for us.
We’ll give you a range of delivery days at the checkout, so you can pick the one that suits you best. If we’re super-busy, our partners DPD might deliver your order to make sure you get it on time.
If plans change, you can rebook your order any time before 11am on the day before your delivery.
If you’re not going to be home, Click & Collect has over 7,000 delivery locations to make things easy:
Get your order dropped off at a local store with flexible delivery options. Then just pick it up whenever you’re free over the next 10 days.
Orders can be delivered to stores until 9pm. You’ll get a text and email when your order is ready to pick up.
To collect your order, you’ll need some ID along with a unique barcode that we’ll send you.
Our disposal and recycling services won’t be available when you Click & Collect, and you won’t be able to pay for your product using AO Finance either.
We try to deliver to as many homes as possible, but there are a few places we just can’t get to.
For £22, we can deliver to Northern Ireland, but you won’t be able to pick a delivery date online. We’ll text or ring you with the date we’ll be delivering your parcel to our courier. They’ll then get in touch with you to let you know when they’ll be delivering. Delivery promotions like next day delivery along with Click & Collect aren’t available for Northern Ireland.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands or remote parts of Scotland, we might not be able to deliver to you. Enter your postcode at the checkout to see if we can. We can? Great. Delivery may cost a little more and promotions won’t be available.
For those in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, sorry, but we can’t deliver to you.

We’ll send you a text and an email on the morning of your delivery with an estimated 4-hour timeslot, so you don’t waste time waiting for us to turn up.
If DPD are making the drop off, they’ll send you a text on the morning of your delivery with a 1-hour timeslot.
You can easily track your order and see how close our driver is. If the order’s coming from us, then head over to Track Your Order. If DPD are on the case, you can even change your delivery day – just go to Track Your Order to see if this is an option.
For us to complete a successful delivery, we need you to play your part. This means there are a few things we need you to do, including having someone at the property to receive the products on your chosen date. Please refer to the delivery checklist in your order confirmation email for things you need to double check before we attempt delivery, and don’t forget to check the delivery date to make sure you are at home.
If your delivery fails because you are not in, or for another reason that you're responsible for (including amending the order after 2pm cut-off), and you wish to cancel the order, a failed delivery charge will apply (see table below):

You have until 2pm the day before delivery to amend your order free of charge. After this point your product will be on its way so, if you’d like to change your delivery date or time, you’ll have to pay for a new delivery slot. Alternatively, if you ask to cancel your order after the 2pm cut-off, then a failed delivery charge will apply. See table above for current charges.
If we’re unable to complete a delivery or associated service because of a reason that you’re responsible for, you’ll be able to rebook. You’ll be advised of the redelivery charge for your chosen date at that point. Our re-delivery costs vary with our flexible options and depend on your postcode - you can see the price when in checkout. Next day delivery and certain timeslots will cost a little extra.
If instead you choose to cancel your order, a failed delivery charge will apply (see table above for current charges). Please note the delivery / service charges paid when you placed your order won’t be refunded in these circumstances.
We deliver to most of the UK, but there are some places we can’t get to or might charge a little more to deliver to.

Deliveries to the Isles of Scilly can only go as far as St Mary’s Quay. So, you’ll need to collect your order from the port or arrange onward delivery. This means our additional services like installation, disposal and timeslot deliveries won’t be available to you.
We do. It’ll cost a little extra if you want your order tomorrow, but all you have to do is pick next day delivery at the checkout. This will depend on where you are and if drivers are available.
Yes. You can pick delivery days and timeslots for both Saturday and Sunday. We even deliver on bank holidays.
We deliver from 7am-7pm, but on the morning of your delivery we’ll update you with a 4-hour window, so you know when to expect us. Got plans? No worries. We offer 7am-12pm, 10am-2pm, and 12pm-5pm windows for a little extra.
On the morning of your delivery day, we’ll text or email with an estimated 4-hour window and a link to track your order. As the driver gets closer, the window gets smaller, but with other deliveries and traffic, your delivery time might be affected.
Yes, up until 11am the day before your delivery. Just log into My Account and pick out the best available slot for you. We’ll use your original payment method for any extra costs or refunds. For AO Finance orders, you’ll need to call in to add a timeslot.
We always try and offer a next day delivery option, but it depends on your postcode. Be sure to check at the checkout.
Some of our items can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, we’ll send you a text on your delivery day if these options are available to you.

If plans change, don’t worry. You can change your delivery date and timeslots for free through ‘My Account’ after you’ve ordered up to 2pm the day before delivery. If you wish to amend the delivery date after the 2pm cut off, then you will have to pay a re-delivery charge.
