Once you work out where everything goes it is great - very sturdy and easy to use. It is quite a heavy duty machine and if you use it for upholstery - which is what I bought it for mainly - be aware that you will need to leave it until the next day to dry completly whereas rugs really were about an hour.

Brilliant. Saved me a fortune by not having to replace my carpets. I was very doubtful that it would be good enough to save my carpets. But it exceeded my expectation by far.

The dirty hall carpet was getting to me. So I though ah a Vax cleaner, but from whom ? A quick check on AO.com showed they had a good deal. It arrived in 3 days, was quickly put together and sure enough on day 4 my carpet looks very different. Its a professional cleaner that does the job properly and reasonably quickly. Now I am looking at other carpets too. It seems it can even clean the stair carpet using the included special tools.

Reasonably priced machine for what it is. Holds a nice amount of water so you are not empty it all the time. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to use and does a good job. My carpets have a new lease of life. Only downside is that it’s quite heavy when full and it’s a bit on the noisy side.
